Vintage Condition Disclaimer
All items are vintage or pre-owned and may show natural wear consistent with age and use. Minor imperfections are not considered defects.
Tips for a Great Experience
Review Photos: Closely inspect all gallery images and item details.
Ask Questions: Email sleekmodern@yahoo.com to clarify dimensions or condition before purchasing.
Inspect on Arrival: Check your item immediately upon delivery or at the point of local pickup.
48-Hour Inspection Window
For items shipped via delivery or parcel, you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to inspect your item.
If your item arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description, you must contact us within this 48-hour window to be eligible for a return. After this period, all sales are final.
Eligible Returns
Returns are only accepted if:

The item arrives damaged during transit (when shipping is arranged by Sleek Modern), or
- The item is significantly different from its description.
All claims must include clear photos of the item and its packaging.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Size, fit, or space limitations

Color variation due to lighting or screens
Condition & Return Requirements
Returned items must be in their original condition.
We reserve the right to deny a return or adjust the refund if the item is damaged while in the buyer’s possession.
If a return is approved:

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including original and return shipping.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- You must package and ship the item within three business days.
Local Pickup & Third-Party Delivery
For local pickup or delivery arranged by the buyer (including third-party carriers, movers, or shipping services), all sales are final once the item has been picked up or accepted.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting the item at the time of pickup or upon delivery by their selected carrier. If there are any concerns, the item must be refused at that time.
Once the item has been picked up or accepted by you or your designated carrier, Sleek Modern is not responsible for any damage, and the sale is considered final.
Made-to-Order & Final Sale Items
All made-to-order items or items marked as final sale / non-refundable are not eligible for return or cancellation.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email sleekmodern@yahoo.com with the following:
- Order Number (found in your confirmation email).
- Reason for the return.
- Phone Number.
- Photos: If the item arrived damaged, include clear photos of the item and the packaging.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped or been scheduled for delivery.
After 48 hours, or once shipping has been initiated:

Cancellations will be treated as a return.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping.
For local pickup or buyer-arranged delivery:
- Orders cannot be canceled after the item has been picked up or accepted.
