1. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Custom or made-to-order furniture may require additional processing time.
  • Once shipped, transit times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Freight Shipping (Large Furniture & Heavy Items): 7-14 business days.
  • White Glove Delivery (Optional): 10-21 business days (includes in-home delivery, assembly, and debris removal).
  • Small Home Décor Items: 3-7 business days via standard carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS).

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.
  • Free shipping may be available for select items or orders over a specified amount.
  • White Glove Delivery service incurs additional charges.

Delivery Process:

  • Large furniture orders are shipped via freight carriers and require a scheduled delivery. You will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery window.
  • If the destination is an apartment or requires special access, please inform us in advance.
  • Deliveries are curbside unless White Glove Delivery is selected.

Damages & Inspection:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at [customer support email].
  • If an item is defective or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy.

2. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Due to the weight and size of our furniture, international shipments require special handling.

Processing & Delivery Times:

  • Processing time: 7-10 business days.
  • Delivery time: 14-30 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.

Shipping Costs & Duties:

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing. These charges vary by country.
  • Some items may be restricted from international shipping due to size or material restrictions.

Delivery Process:

  • Freight shipments will require customs clearance, and local carriers may handle final delivery.
  • Customers must provide a valid phone number and address to avoid delays.

Damages & Claims:

  • If an item arrives damaged internationally, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours for resolution.
  • Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
